There is little to no risk for black cutworm migration in the next five days. Growers with corn fields at or prior to the five leaf growth stage, however, are encouraged to continue scouting efforts as black cutworm larvae from flights last month are now at cutting growth stages and may be causing damage where flights were particularly heavy.
