Low corn earworm migration risks enter back into the picture by this weekend and into early next week especially across the Plains states Saturday night into Sunday and as far east as Lake Michigan and into Illinois by Sunday night into Monday. South to southwest winds are expected to increase ahead of a developing low pressure system in the High Plains and southern Canadian prairies as high pressure drifts into the southeast United States. This weather pattern may lead to isolated moth flights especially into fresh market and garden production areas during this time period.
