How to Read the Maps
No risk of corn earworm migration is predicted in the next five days. A large low pressure system will eventually move out of the Midwest/Great Lakes region and result in broad northwest to westerly flow across much of the corn-growing region the remainder of this week. With harvest in full swing in many areas or crops well past critical stages to insect damage, no insect migration risk is warranted.
