Alert Details

Corn earworm migration risks are predicted to remain in the Low category through the next week as the primary source region remains further west in the southern Plains and the overall southerly flow from this area is not expected to be optimal for larger scale moth flights. After a night of no risk tonight into Tuesday morning, Low risks return to the Plains states by Tuesday night into Wednesday as the next low pressure system moves east of the Rockies. The risk spreads north and east late in the week with fields as far north as central Minnesota and Wisconsin and into Illinois at risk for primarily isolated moth flights.
