Corn rootworm hatch is expected to either start or continue in fields from western Illinois eastward into central Indiana and western and central Ohio. Additionally, scattered fields in northwest Illinois, eastern and southeastern Iowa, northeast Missouri, Kansas, and far southern Nebraska may also see signs of corn rootworm hatch this week. Growers in all of these areas should monitor for signs of corn rootworm larvae in the coming week or so.
