No risk of black cutworm migration is predicted until Friday night into Saturday morning, mainly across the Plains states. A low pressure system is expected to develop east of the Rocky Mountains and as high pressure moves slowly into the Mississippi River valley, some southerly winds will be possible in the Plains states from Oklahoma north into Nebraska. Otherwise, no risk is predicted until that time due to northwest flow.
