Moderate black cutworm migration risks are predicted tonight into tomorrow across portions of Missouri, Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Illinois as south to southwest winds persist east of a cold front. With the added risk of precipitation along/east of the front, further potential for insect drop-out is present in the Moderate risk area. Lower risks are predicted further east into Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky. Low risks continue in the forecast tomorrow night into Sunday as the cold front moves east, with most of the risk confined to areas along/east of the I-55 corridor in eastern Missouri through central Illinois.
