There is little to no risk for black cutworm migration in the next five days. Growers, however, should continue trapping and scouting efforts as numerous black cutworm flights occurred last month and also into early May. Newly-emerged corn is now present and more and more is appearing every day, so regular scouting is becoming more critical as new generations may be appearing and doing damage in some of these fields where flights occurred last month.
