No risk of black cutworm migration is predicted in the next five days. The majority of corn has now met or exceeded critical growth stages where cutting remains a threat (up to V5 growth stage), but some of the latest planted or replanted fields especially in the Great Lakes and eastern corn-growing regions may still be at risk for the next week or so. Any migration events, however, will no longer be a threat to any crops for the remainder of this growing season.
