Corn earworm migration risks are predicted to remain primarily in the Plains and western Midwest through the next five days. After no risk tonight into Friday morning due to a lack of southerly winds, Low risks return to portions of Kansas, Nebraska, and southern South Dakota Friday night into Saturday morning. The risk continues to slowly expand north and east through the weekend and into early next week, with Low migration risks reaching to the Mississippi River by next Monday night and Tuesday morning. Moderate risks are also in place across portions of Nebraska and Kansas by Sunday and Monday nights where stronger, longer duration southerly winds are expected and where scattered moth flights may occur.
