With northwest flow dominating the corn-growing region weather pattern this week, any corn earworm migration opportunities are very limited, if any, until late week into next weekend when some light southerly flow may commence especially in western fields. Low migration risks are predicted generally across Nebraska and Kansas by Friday night into Saturday morning, and then mainly west of US 65 from western Missouri, western Iowa, and into southwest Minnesota and points west Saturday night into Sunday morning. Overall wind speeds are predicted to be weak, so only Low risks are warranted at this time.
