Alert Details

Low corn earworm migration risks are in the forecast tonight into tomorrow morning as a cold front pushes southeast through the corn-growing region. South to southwest winds, albeit modest overall, may result in a few isolated moth flights from source regions in the southern Plains states northward as far as eastern South Dakota, southern Minnesota, and southwest Wisconsin and as far east as Illinois. Otherwise, northwest flow dominates for the balance of the forecast period through the middle of next week so no additional risks are in the forecast at this time.
