Insect Alert For
Corn Earworm
Affected Area:
Alert Details
No risk of corn earworm migration is predicted in the next five days, although we may see some risks creep back into the picture by later next week as some southerly winds and a potentially more active weather pattern return to at least a portion of the corn-growing region by that time. Growers with crops at susceptible stages to damage, however, should continue to monitor traps and scout fields as some moths may have migrated north over the past few weeks.
