A weakening upper level low pressure system is expected to continue to result in at least a possibility of some weak south to southwesterly flow especially to its east across eastern Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, southern lower Michigan, and also into far southern Ontario, Canada. Across this region, Low corn earworm migration risks are predicted tonight into tomorrow morning. Thereafter, however, no additional risks are predicted given a lack of a favorable weather pattern. Growers with crops at susceptible stages to damage, however, should continue to monitor traps and scout fields as flights earlier in the month may have resulted in new corn earworms in some fields.
