Moderate initial hatch risks are in place from southern and central Kansas east across central and northern Missouri, central and southern Illinois, western and central Indiana, and west central Ohio. Growers located in or near the Moderate risk area are encouraged to dig up roots (especially in more advanced fields) and see if any larvae are present.
