Corn rootworm hatch is predicted to either commence or continue in fields across northern/central Kansas into southern Nebraska, southwest and southeast Iowa, northwest and northeast Missouri, central Illinois, central Indiana, and western and central Ohio in the next five days. Growers with fields in the risk area should monitor their fields closely for signs of corn rootworm larvae as hatch has been confirmed in portions of the corn-growing region in the last week.
