Corn Rootworm
Corn rootworm beetles may remain a threat but likely on an isolated basis in the later or re-planted fields primarily across the northern corn-growing region from far northern Colorado into western/northern Nebraska, central and eastern Dakotas, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and further east into lower Michigan and southern Ontario, Canada. Growers in these areas may consider continued scouting efforts especially with less advanced crops, but the overall threat for this growing season is winding down and we have removed the overall risk for this insect by the end of the weekend.
