Soybean aphid egg hatch will remain possible especially across northeast Nebraska, much of central and western Iowa, far southwest Minnesota, and southeast and eastern South Dakota in the next week. Cooler weather may limit north and eastward expansion in the next week, however, but growers especially in the four aforementioned states should be aware that soybean aphid eggs may be hatching in the risk area which signifies the start to soybean aphid activity this growing season.
