Soybean Aphid
Soybean aphid egg hatch is likely to continue especially along and north of the I-90 corridor and into Ontario, Canada in the next week. The majority of new egg hatches is predicted to focus along and north of I-94 from North Dakota into northwest and central Minnesota, northern Wisconsin, central and northern lower Michigan, and into Ontario, Canada, with more isolated to scattered egg hatches to the south. Growers are advised that no crops or fields are at risk – the heightened risk simply indicates that soybean aphids are becoming active this growing season.
