The risk of western bean cutworm emergence continues across portions of southern Nebraska and northern Kansas for the next five days. Additionally, some fields in the Great Lakes region (especially from the Central Sands region of central Wisconsin southeast through southern Michigan, northern Indiana, and northwest Ohio) may see more moths emerge in the next week. With corn silking just underway in portions of Kansas, the risk to crops is not great but this will change over the next few weeks.
