Western bean cutworms continue to be trapped at low levels mainly across portions of southeastern Canada. Moderate risks remain for another day from southern Ontario into far southwestern Quebec, Canada. For the rest of this week into next weekend, Low risks remain in place across this same region but all Low risks have been removed from fields in the United States once we move past tomorrow. The annual peak flight from this insect has subsided in many areas but a few lingering problem spots are still being observed especially in growing areas in southern Ontario and southwest Quebec, Canada.
