Western Bean Cutworm
The peak western bean cutworm flight has greatly diminished with only scattered trap counts now being reported across the Great Lakes region. Some continued problems may still be occurring in Ontario and southwestern Quebec, Canada, but by next week even this area should be seeing greatly reduced moth catches, if any. High risks remain through midday Saturday across southern Ontario with Moderate risks into the middle of next week from southern Ontario into southwest Quebec. Low risks will remain primarily in Ontario/Quebec through the next five days, but all risks have been dropped in the United States by the start of next week.
